Regulatory Provision

Regulation 12 of the LODR prescribes issuance of payable at par warrants or cheques in case it is not possible to use electronic mode of payment. In case the amount payable exceeds 1500 it shall be sent by speed post.

Relaxation W.R.T Quarter Of Financial Year

The requirement of this regulation shall apply upon normalization of postal services. In case email id of the shareholders are available, listed entities shall obtain their bank account details and use of electronic modes of payment specified in Schedule I
