Regulation 24(i)(f) of SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 2018

Regulatory Provision

It provides a restriction that companies shall not raise further capital for a period of one year from the expiry of buyback period except in discharge of their subsisting obligations.

Relaxation W.R.T Quarter Of Financial Year

The said period shall be reduced to six months.The relaxation shall be applicable till December 31, 2020
